Reviving the culture of reading in children

By keeping their minds in the right direction on books

Program mission

To create a balance between time spent by children on social media and the reading of books

Learning is what counts in education, not exams, because the solutions to our problems are hidden in Books. “Keep reading until you find the book that will change your life -( Roland MUSI)”

After a good teacher, the most important learning resource a child needs are books.

Target; From Primary to High School.

How does it work?

With the help of volunteers, younger children are opportune to get books, read, learn and ask questions.

Books are borrowed, read for a week and returned in exchange for more.

A child could borrow more than a book within a week, based on his/her reading capacity.

Enroll and give your child/children the opportunity to enhance their learning ability for a better future.

If you are also at home and not going to school, on the street and desire to read, write and learn, then you should be part of this program. For this is how we better ourselves.

In partnership with the Hossanna Nursery and Primary School – Bokwango Junction, we also provide Remedial Catch-up Classes for those children with reading difficulties, during the holidays.

The Book Exchange is done every weekly on an agreed date.

Registration is ongoing and free. Donations are welcome to serve as motivation to encourage children to read.
