2) Yearly average basic sponsorship amount for;
A child in Primary school is 115,000Frs ($230)and
A child in secondary school is 140,000Frs ($280)
(Above amounts will cover, School fees, uniforms and other wears, writing material, school bag, Core Textbooks & Dictionaries, exams fees, health insurance, others)These amounts could be altered based on the means and preferences of the sponsor.
For a child in higher education, the amount would differ depending on the program of study and institution.If the sponsorship of a child is maintained for subsequent years, 20% of the amount dedicated to the child is reserved for administrative purposes and the follow-up of the child.
We give preference to children who attend schools in their local area of residence. In situations where the schools are lacking or not operational, the sponsor will be informed and the child assisted to find alternative arrangements for schooling or learning in other localities.
It is not yet possible for the organization to receive online donations directly; however it is able to receive direct bank to bank transfers. Or through mobile money (LINK-UP Children Tel. 237 - 672 690 009) and the transaction receipt screenshot or copied and forwarded to the organization.
